Cheated out of wages?

KC FCA is a union and non-union enforcer of unfair practices in wage theft by not paying prevailing wages for building contractors. Their mission is to secure reputable contractors to join in the effort to ensure that public construction projects are in compliance with applicable laws.  

Frequently, out-of-town workers and cheating contractors say they are paying prevailing wages when they are not. They are escaping appropriate taxation from the local and state governments. Local governments are charged with the enforcement but often lack finances and personnel to do that job. That is where the FCA comes in.
