As a partner at Boyd Kenter Thomas & Parrish, Josh works primarily on railroad litigation cases throughout the United States, but he also represents individuals and businesses in other diverse civil litigation matters.
A native of Acton, California, Josh made his way to Kansas City after graduating magna cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the OCU Law Review. His undergraduate degree is from CSUN in Northridge, California. Practicing law since 2011, Josh is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
Detail oriented and proactive, with a strong work ethic, Josh believes his creative and aggressive approach to the practice of law allows him to provide unparalleled legal representation to clients of Boyd Kenter Thomas & Parrish.
To recharge and unwind, he enjoys the occasional good film, outdoor activities and is a fan of the L.A. Kings and Mavericks.
