JACKSON COUNTY JURY AWARDS $900,000 TO INDEPENDENCE MAN

A $900,000.00 verdict was awarded to an Independence man in Independence, Missouri, July 14, 2016. The 52-year old Plaintiff was injured at work when he fell approximately three and a half feet off the ledge of a loading dock, fracturing his left heel. His extensive injuries necessitated two surgeries including a fusion.
